Our flagship property, 1 Albert Street was originally built in 1972. We upcycled it in 2019 with the assistance of the original architect Neville Price, and it was awarded the RCP Commercial Office Property Award Excellence and Best in Category at the Property Council New Zealand Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards in 2023.
Formery
Formery is our newest building in the heart of Midtown. Made up of three distinct, connected buildings and just across the street from the new CRL Te Waihorotiu station, it offers 14,500 sqm of premium, hybrid working office space.
