Join us in an upcoming fortnightly Mindfulness Series where we learn effective mindfulness and postural techniques to help reduce stress and tension, improve focus and mental clarity, get better sleep and then some.
Hit pause on your work day to relax and de-stress, only to return back with increased brain productivity and energy. Come as you are. The postural elements will be small and accessible movements that can be done seated, so you don’t need to get changed.

Here is the 4-week course overview:
Week 1: What, why and how?
- Learn the why and how behind all things mindfulness and sitting sustainably and the effect it has on you from a scientific lens. Beginning to develop a sense of the breath and meditation.
Week 2: Sitting Better and Thinking Less.
- Learn effective techniques and ways to make sitting at your desk more sustainable for your body. Building on the foundations laid in the previous week around meditation.
Week 3: How to Breathe.
- Learn more about the practice of breathwork and how manipulating your breath can change the way you think and feel for the better. Walk away with accessible breathing techniques that you can use at any time to calm and re-gather yourself.
Week 4: Bringing it all together.
- Experience the bliss of a midday reset that is 30 minutes of breath work, meditation and gentle postural movement. An integration of the past 3 sessions.
- Combining both strengthening and flexibility principles of Pilates with the heart-pumping full-body conditioning of HIIT.
- This low-impact strength workout class focuses on lengthening and strengthening your muscles. Suitable for all fitness levels. There will be a mix of banded and body weight exercises and bring your own mat if you prefer.
