Combining both strengthening and flexibility principles of Pilates with heart-pumping full body conditioning of HIIT.
This low-impact strength workout class focuses on lengthening and strengthening your muscles. Suitable for all fitness levels. There will be a mix of banded and body weight exercises and bring your own mat if you prefer.
