Hybrid working overtakes salary as main factor for Gen Y & Z choosing where to work

The day we never thought would come has finally arrived – the top priority for new employees is no longer salary, it is whether a new employer offers hybrid or flexible working, according to a study by the London School of Economics. Millennials and Generation Z  will make up 63.8% of the labor force in 2025 so if there isn’t an established hybrid working scheme in place by now, businesses left behind will simply suffer recruitment losses to their competitors.
