Over a 60-year period, the carbon footprint from a new, more efficient building will be over 2.5 times greater than that of an upcycled building finished to a similar A-Grade standard.
When complete, upcycled Alberts office buildings have energy efficient infrastructure that will help keep tenants’ ongoing carbon consumption as low as possible.
