FORMERY EAST

Formery East is a stone’s throw from Te Wai Horotiu Station, 20 metres to be exact, and a short walk to Sky City.

The building consists of Bespoke or Traditional office space, some of which can be contiguous floors joined by an internal staircase. The Formery East entrance will have large footfall from the hustle and bustle of Albert Street and Te Wai Horotiu Station. The Alberts Club spaces are accessed directly from the lobby area, with Zibetto coffee on your left as you enter — so your morning pick me up will be ready for you.

Benefits of the building

Over a 60-year period, the carbon footprint from a new, more efficient building will be over 2.5 times greater than that of an upcycled building finished to a similar A-Grade standard.
