Founded in 2008, Find is a New Zealand-owned firm with offices in Auckland and Wellington. We specialise in IT and corporate recruitment, building long-term partnerships across a close-knit market. In Auckland, our corporate team recruits in Accounting, Finance, Support, Risk, Legal, and Governance.

Meet Chris
Chris Martin, a Principal at Find, has 18+ years’ experience focusing on Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Product roles. Originally from Buckland’s Beach, he started at Nielsen, then moved to recruitment in London. Back in NZ, he’s led teams across sectors and is valued for his genuine, insightful approach. Outside work: keen sailor, lasagne enthusiast, dreaming of Italy or the Greek Islands.

The Market
After a post-COVID hiring boom, recruitment slowed in late 2024 – Auckland job ads dropped 17% year on year. But signs of recovery are emerging. Our strong client partnerships have kept us busy, helping navigate this evolving landscape.
